There’s something so magical about capturing a growing family — the excitement, the tenderness, and all the love that radiates between every shared glance and gentle touch. This beautiful maternity session with Becca, Spencer, their sweet little boy Auggie, and their stunning horse Stella was nothing short of unforgettable. ✨📸
This session was part of another amazing mentoring experience with Ashleigh Magnus Photography, and I was so grateful to be part of such a heartwarming shoot. From the very start, the connection this family shares was clear — full of laughter, warmth, and anticipation for the new life on the way. 💛
We began the session in golden hour light that wrapped around them like a cozy hug — the kind of light photographers dream of! Becca glowed (and not just because of the sunset 🌅), radiating beauty and grace as she embraced her bump and snuggled close to Spencer and Auggie. Spencer was full of quiet strength and tender support, always reaching out to help or share a loving smile. And Auggie? This little guy brought the joy! Whether he was holding Mom’s hand, chasing the light, or giving sweet smiles, he completely stole the show. 💫
And of course, we can’t forget about Stella 🐴 — the family’s gorgeous horse who added such a personal and meaningful touch to the session. It was incredible to witness the calm, trusting bond between Becca and Stella. She stood so gracefully by their side, as if she knew just how special this moment was. Watching a child grow up with horses is already something beautiful, but knowing Auggie will soon have a sibling to share that experience with made it even more touching. 💕🐎
The session flowed effortlessly — filled with quiet moments of connection and big belly laughs. Every photo tells a story of love in all its forms: romantic, parental, and the kind that connects us deeply to our animals and nature. 🌿
