Every once in a while, a session comes along that reminds me exactly why I love what I do — and this beautiful senior session with Faith and her horse Bronson was one of those moments 🫶📷
Set against the soft golden glow of the late afternoon sun, this shoot wasn’t just a celebration of Faith’s upcoming 2025 graduation, but also a chance to document the quiet, powerful bond she shares with Bronson. These two were pure magic together, and I was honored to capture their connection during another amazing mentoring session with the always inspiring Ashleigh Magnus Photography ✨
From the moment we arrived, Faith’s sweet and gentle energy brought such a peaceful vibe to the shoot. She was a natural in front of the camera — calm, graceful, and effortlessly beautiful. Her bond with Bronson was so evident in every photo, from the way he rested his head gently near hers to the trust they showed in every interaction. It’s moments like these that make senior sessions so personal and meaningful. 🐴💛
We photographed in open arenas, down rustic trails, and against soft, country backdrops that perfectly reflected Faith’s warm personality and equestrian lifestyle. The sun peeked through the trees just enough to give us that dreamy golden-hour light we live for as photographers 🌅🌾
As this was a mentoring session, it was also such a joy to walk alongside another photographer and share the process — from posing with horses (yes, there’s an art to it!), to reading light, to helping a senior feel at ease and confident during such a special milestone. I truly believe in always learning, always growing, and sharing what we know — and Ashleigh creates such a safe and inspiring space to do that.
Faith, thank you for trusting us to capture such a big moment in your life. You radiate kindness and strength, and it was a privilege to freeze this chapter for you. And Bronson — thank you for being the most photogenic, gentle giant we could’ve asked for. 🥹📸
